At Revy Outdoors we don’t want you stuck with something that does not work for you, but we also believe in shared responsibility for choices made, and in doing what we can to keep our collective carbon footprint as low as possible.
If you are unhappy with anything you purchase from us, either in-store or on the web, you can return if for a full credit within 60 days of purchase. The credit note we issue has no time limit for being used but it is non-transferable.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs including transport, duties, brokerage fees and taxes.
Used items would be credited at an assessed wear & tear current value. If heavily used and worn, we reserve the right to deny credit.
Skis, ski boots and hiking boots bought in-store with our guidance and returned with what in our opinion is minimal wear and tear, will be fully credited.
Defective items will be fully credited if the manufacturer validates the issue.
For safety and hygiene reasons, climbing gear, food, base layers, underwear and swimwear of any kind are NOT returnable under any circumstances.
